The Institute for Tourism Studies is the market leader in the provision of higher education programmes in Tourism and Hospitality. The investment consists of setting up of a Centre for Vocational Education Excellence by constructing a new Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS) campus including faculty, practice facilities and all supporting infrastructure. The new campus also incorporates an incubation centre encouraging entrepreneurship, a R&D centre that stimulates innovative ideas, and an early childhood education and care (ECEC) facility encouraging persons with unpaid care responsibilities, notably women, to undertake tourism studies and engage and reintegrate within the hospitality and tourism industry. All facilities are adapted so that people with disabilities may make full use of them.
